• Clients are granted personal use rights (display at home, personal social media).

• Commercial use (printing for sale, reproduction, or licensing) requires written permission from the artist.

Social Media Sharing

You are welcome to share images or content from this site on social media, provided that proper credit is given and the content is clearly linked back to this website.

Commissions & Purchasing Policy

• Full payment is required to begin work on all commissioned portraits. Payment is processed through a third-party provider (PayPal, Venmo, or similar), and any processing is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

• Any remaining balance, along with any framing or shipping costs, is due upon completion and prior to shipment. Once your artwork has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Full payment is required to reserve your commission slot and begin the process. To protect both of us, payment is fully refundable if cancelled before painting begins.

• Once painting has started, payments are non-refundable. If a commission is cancelled after work has begun, no refund will be issued for work already completed — though a work-in-progress may be offered at a reduced rate.

Timeline & Revisions

• Typical completion times will be provided when a commission is accepted.

• Each commission includes one round of revisions; additional changes may incur a small fee.
  
  

Shipping & Delivery

• Every painting is carefully and securely packaged before shipment. All shipments include insurance and tracking — if damage occurs in transit, please reach out immediately and I'll do everything I can to make it right.

• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor display or printing; each painting is unique and hand-crafted, and some variation is part of the medium and the beauty of original work.
  
  

Personal Information & Privacy

Any personal information you provide is used solely for communication, fulfilling orders, and sending optional newsletters if you opt in. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties, except as necessary to complete transactions or provide services.

Limitation of Liability

Nicole Conner Art is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website, commissioned artwork, or any materials provided.
